Restaurant Membership ($600 per year)
Restaurant Membership is exclusive and only open to restaurateurs who own mid to high-end, full-service Italian restaurants as their primary establishments. Restaurant Members are required to maintain menus that are authentically Italian in content. After the core membership is paid, each additional restaurant owned by the restaurateur/s may join for just $100 (a $500 savings)
