Full Members are required to maintain menus that are authentically Italian in content, and affirm the tenets and principles of GRI. These members are entitled to voting rights and complete GRI benefits and privileges.
As a member of GRI you will be an integral part of the only organization that constantly pervades the American trade, press and public with a wealth of information on true Italian cuisine and authentic Italian products. Through the dissemination of this information we are collectively elevating the image of Italian cuisine in North America. Embrace the GRI mission of education because ultimately, better educated consumers will seek out the benefits and enjoyment of real Italian cuisine offered by your restaurants.

- Events and promotions such as the annual Vino e Cucina (membership fee includes your participation in Vino e Cucina/GRI-Giacomo Bologna Scholarship program fundraiser) held in November every year in conjunction with the NY Restaurant Hotel Motel Show.
Join fellow members and food critics in attending the GRI culinary journey to Italy. Each year GRI partners with a different region of Italy, offering a weeklong tour featuring regional recipes, foods, wines, products and attractions to a select group of GRI restaurant members and food journalists. Italian and American Press cover this annual event and generate publicity for restaurant members.
Events & Promotions
Showcase your establishment and some of its specialty dishes to a sophisticated audience by participating in the prestigious Vino e Cucina event. Check out our Vino e Cucina page for more information. As a member you will be made aware of cross-promotions that we conduct between our corporate and restaurant members. Many times these promotions result in free product and free advertising for your restaurant. During these promotions, restaurant members walk away with product valued higher than the cost of memership dues!
Cost
The annual member cost is $600, which entitles members to website exposure, recognition in the monthly GRI Report, opportunity to participate in Vino e Cucina, inclusino in all press materials, opportunity to attend the annual GRI trip, inclusion in any advertising exposure and all other GRI communications activities.
